This is another great museum when visiting Monterey County, CA.  Right in the heart of the 'Salad Bowl of the World' Salinas, CA.  We were able to open John Steinbeck's world through a myriad of exhibits.  It's is very interactive and stimulating.

Every room was full of exciting and rare artifacts bringing Steinbeck's works to life.  It seemed a little pricey at $10.95 per adult, but once inside, the museum was well worth it.  Go early and plan to stay awhile.  There's plenty to see and do.
