If you live near a Trader Joes, then you already know all the fun stuff that they carry.  One of my very favorite and decadent desserts are their Chocolate Lava Cakes.  They come individually wrapped and frozen - two to a box, and they are heavenly!

Because they are frozen, you can keep them on hand for company - or just indulge, as I do, and eat them every once in awhile yourself!

All you do to prepare is unwrap, flip over the little cup that the cake comes in onto a plate, and microwave for 50 seconds.  Each cake is approximately 4.5 inches in diameter.  The outer cake layer is lusciously chocolatey while the inner molten section is a cross between fudge sauce and chocolate pudding.  And goodness me - they really are delicious.
