 This website is called the Parent Magic - they have newsletter that they send out each month about a different subject. You can order the books but I just get the newsletters. He seems to address every issue. You can also go back to the different months to see if there is a subject that you need. Well worth checking out. Comments
The book is 1-2-3 Magic. We used this method on our kids, and all our friends and relatives laughed at us, saying it was psycho-garbage and there's no "magic" way to have well-behaved children. Now, we are the ones laughing, because the same friends and relatives are constantly and repeatedly asking us how come our children are so noticeably polite and well-behaved compared to their peers!
