Check out "Full Moon" restaurant in Cambridge, MA.  It offers a nice unique menu for the moms and dads who enjoy a more adult fare.  But this place has a playarea right in the corner of the restaurant for kids to enjoy and has the typical kid food and food is fresh. It is clean and kids love being able to play while mom and dad can enjoy an adult menu!  Parking is tough though because it is just street parking.  I recommend getting there at an off hour to get a good table right near the playarea and parking will be easier if you go at an off time.
