| +5 | 101 ideas for summer dinners - 10 minutes or less |
Forget "30-minute meals" (which always take me 60 minutes, by the way). The New York Times has an article on 101 ideas for summer meals that you can make in 10 minutes or less. That has my name written all over it. I'm so lazy when it comes to cooking, especially in the summertime. I'm going to stick this on my fridge for inspiration. Check out this one - It's so weird that it might be good: "28 New Joe’s Special, from San Francisco: Brown ground meat with minced garlic and chopped onion. When just about cooked, add chopped spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted. At the last minute, stir in two eggs, along with grated Parmesan and salt and pepper." All that chopping might take me longer than 10 minutes though. I have dull knives and I'm a slow chopper. Anyway, I hope you guys can garner some inspiration from this. Zippers Comments
